Refund policy
In the event you don’t absolutely love your pieces, please contact rebecca@rebeccaelizabeth.com with subject line RETURN/ EXCHANGE as soon as possible. You will have 7 days from the day of delivery to return or exchange any items. Please note we only accept merchandise with original tags intact that have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed.
Returns
For all returns, we will ship you a prepaid return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total. If you wish to use your own shipping label we ask you to please provide us with the tracking number.
Exchanges
For exchanges, there will be no extra shipping costs applied to your order. A complementary shipping label will be sent to you. In the initial email, please indicate what style, colorway and size you would like to exchange your current item/s for. For international exchanges there maybe a shipping charge, we will discuss options with you on a case by case basis.
Refunds
Orders will be exchanged and/or refunded once they have reached us. Please note that we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return process. Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post. If the item is damaged or visibly worn we will not accept the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, deducting the shipping fees, please note for items shipping from Italy the international shipping fee of $30-$55 will not be refunded.
