Tracking Information

Made-to-order items will ship from Italy within 2-3 weeks. In some cases, orders may take a little longer to ship due to fabric delays or national holidays. If this occurs, we will contact you directly to keep you informed.

Items shipping from Italy are marked as "Made to Order" on the product page, and you will see "International Express Shipping" at checkout.

Once your product(s) have been shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.

Delivery Time Frame

- Made-to-Order Items from Italy: These items will ship via DHL or UPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. 

- Items from Our USA Warehouse: Products shipped from our USA warehouse will be dispatched within 2 business days after an order is placed. They will be shipped using UPS or USPS and typically arrive within 3-7 business days*

Please note that we do our utmost to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated shipping arrival dates are based on the order placement time, day, and destination. For international orders, please be aware that customs processing and public holidays may delay the estimated arrival date.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the products. 

Custom Fees & Taxes

Customs charges and taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid when your shipment arrives at the destination.
