The Persephone dress was inspired by ancient roman statues of Goddesses on view in the Naples archaeological museum in Italy. She is made out of the softest sand washed cupro, it's an incredible material that feels like washed silk, looks like velvet and washes and breathes like cotton. She has a special gold plated omega collar necklace closure. Soft graceful draped pleats run down the torso and five rows of very comfortable smocked elastic at the hip.

MATERIALS

100% Cupro created from cotton linter which is traditionally discarded in cotton production. Our Cupro is manufactured in Japan by Asahi Kasei.

Cupro has many of the same characteristics of silk, it has great drape, silky sandwashed hand. Gentle on the skin and breathable with the added bonus of being machine washable.

Cupro is biodegradable, decomposing back to it's natural compounds in soil and is OEK-Tex certified

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Delicate cold wash or dry clean, reshape and lay to dry, iron as needed on low on wrong side of fabric

Starting spring 2024, our new collection is made to order in our Italian design studio. Expect your order to arrive 2-3 weeks after purchase, shipped internationally via UPS or DHL Express. Please note, international shipping fees are non-refundable for returns. If your order qualified for free shipping, international shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
