In the event you don’t absolutely love your pieces, please contact hello@rebeccaelizabeth.com with subject line RETURN/ EXCHANGE as soon as possible. You will have 7 days from the day of delivery to return or exchange any items. Please note we only accept merchandise with original tags intact that have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed.

Returns

For all returns, we will ship you a prepaid return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total. If you wish to use your own shipping label we ask you to please provide us with the tracking number.

Exchanges

For exchanges, there will be no extra shipping costs applied to your order. A complementary shipping label will be sent to you. In the initial email, please indicate what style, colorway and size you would like to exchange your current item/s for.

Refunds

Orders will be exchanged and/or refunded once they have reached us. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. Once a refund is approved you will be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rebecca@rebeccaelizabeth.com.
