Our model to is pre-sell new collections the pre-sale lasts two weeks during which we offer exclusive pricing and free shipping. Our fall pre-sale runs from September 20th through October 4th. The collection will ship by the end of October. Pre-selling is more sustainable way to operate. We only produce the style, colors and sizes that are in demand. After the pre-sale closes we will offer limited inventory of the collection for full-price.

During the pre-sale we offer free USPS shipping on all orders in the continental USA. You can upgrade your shipping at checkout for a fee. After the pre-sale we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10.
We offer worldwide shipping, options avalible at checkout. At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges on international order. Please note that Rebecca Elizabeth is not responsible for any tax, import or customs fees. Customs delays are beyond our control and the buyer is responsible for any associated fees.
In the event you don’t absolutely love your pieces, please contact rebecca@rebeccaelizabeth.com with subject line RETURN/ EXCHANGE as soon as possible. You will have 7 days from the day of delivery to return or exchange any items. Please note we only accept merchandise with original tags intact that have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed.
At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for international sales. All sales are final.
